I am 29 years old and when I was 22. I started gaining excessive weight. I had become big fat at the age of 27. I was around 190 pounds in weight. I became lazy and my day to day activities were also not many. I decided to get rid of this situation. I did exercise, yoga, strength training but the most important thing that helped me in achieving my goal was my diet plan. Diet plays an important role in controlling and losing weight. I reduced my daily calorie intake by removing high-calorie foods and replacing them with a protein-rich diet. I started drinking a lot of water and eating water-rich foods. I also consume green tea daily. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, I started losing weight and you won’t believe I lost 20 pounds in just 5 months time and within a year I was able to reach my 160-pound weight goal. My goal is to achieve between 145-150 pounds and I am fully confident to reach that goal soon.
